Description of Service: KyuKō AI provides automated AI receptionist software, voice-driven lead intake solutions, call logging dashboards, and workflow automations (the “Services”). The Services are intended for commercial use by businesses and service providers.

Accounts & Subscriptions

• Billing: Access to paid tiers of KyuKō AI requires a active subscription. Payments are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next renewal billing cycle via your client dashboard or by contacting support. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

• Usage Limits: Included call minutes or agent capacity depends on your selected subscription tier. Excess usage beyond your plan limits will be billed at the standard rate outlined in your plan pricing.

Acceptable Use & Client Responsibilities: You agree not to use KyuKō AI to:

• Engage in unlawful telemarketing, fraudulent calls, or spam communications.

• Violate any applicable caller consent laws, consumer protection statutes, or privacy regulations (including TCPA regulations).

• Harass, deceive, or impersonate individuals without authorization.

AI Technology & Service Limitations: While KyuKō AI strives for low latency and high accuracy, you acknowledge that our platform utilizes artificial intelligence. Voice models and automated responses may occasionally experience unexpected outputs, system delays, or service interruptions due to third-party telecommunication networks. KyuKō AI does not guarantee 100% error-free operation and is not liable for missed business opportunities.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KyuKō AI and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost business) arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Modifications & Termination: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
